Planning
This section contains information to aid in your planning efforts for the project. Please note the Customer Profile Form must be completed and returned to your Kinective Project Manager before a formal project kick-off call date can be established.
Customer Profile Form
The customer profile form identifies key elements about your institution and your project particulars that will aid the Kinective project team to plan and manage your eSign project. Please complete this form and submit it as soon as possible. If you have questions during the completion process, please contact your Kinective regional manager. Once submitted to Kinective, we will review the form and then schedule your project kick-off call.
